Advantages of Short People Who have Shorter Height and Shorter Statue
Physical benefits of shorter height
Shorter people in the same ratio is greater than many people have physical benefits on the basis of the laws of physics, and these benefits are used by many researchers. Shorter people faster response times, greater ability to accelerate body movements, stronger muscles in proportion to body weight, more stamina and the ability to rotate the body faster. They are also less likely to break bones falling. As a result of these physical properties, shorter people can excel as gymnasts, divers, skiers, martial artists, rock climbers, figure skaters, rodeo riders, soccer players and long-distance runners. As part of their weight classes, they are excellent wrestler, boxer and weightlifter.
Shorter people are also less likely to require surgery for herniated disc spinal disks. In addition, shorter people are less likely to send out back. Another advantage of the little people is that they are rare in car crashes. A study showed that people weighing less than 132 pounds had the lowest risk of death or serious injury compared to larger people. Although the amount of data is not available, it is known that the size and weight are usually correlated. Thus, lighter people are more likely to be shorter than heavier people. No adjustments for airbag deployment systems were made, although other studies, they have a negative impact on short people.
Increase the longevity of shorter, smaller people
An early paper, the greater longevity of shorter people in the Bulletin of the World Health Organization in 1992. Since then we have significant findings show that shorter, smaller people live longer. The reason is that bigger bodies have more cells and these cells are caused by wear or damage. Hayflick pointed out many years ago that most human cells have limited capacity for duplication. As more people a greater number of duplication of effort to achieve, they have fewer potential cell doublings left to replace defective or dead cells. The functioning of the vital organs decreases with advanced age because damaged cells can not be replaced. A new study has also shown that oxidative damage to cells increases with a higher rate with increasing height, such as a 18% increase in height leads to a 83% increase in cellular damage. Gerontological Current thinking is that oxidative damage leads to aging and death.
A few years ago, a comprehensive study of about 300 height and cancer papers, came to the conclusion that the people had a greater than 20 to 60% higher incidence of cancer compared with less people. More recently, breast, testes, prostate cancer studies and found more men and women suffer significantly higher rates of cancer.
Short people are not immune to death from heart disease, cancer and other causes. Failure to comply with control diet, physical inactivity, obesity, depression, anger and can lead to serious health problems. Therefore, poor health and spiritual practices can help reduce the life expectancy for the people of any height.
Reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases in humans shorter
In 2004, we published a paper in the Medical Science Monitor. The paper reviewed published data show that fewer people have less heart disease. Data from Europe, California, Native American tribes, Japan, Okinawa, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, India and show a significant increase in cardiovascular disease with increasing altitude. Our report was prepared on the basis of millions of deaths, as well as heterogeneous and homogeneous samples.
Earlier studies by other researchers found fewer people have more cardiovascular disease than people or higher, that there was hardly any difference between tall and short people. A recent large study in Korea, no significant relationship between height and cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, researchers have also reported that an increased risk for cardiovascular diseases in humans may be short at higher levels of cholesterol and body weight.
Many studies of traditional societies have very little to no cardiovascular disease in these people who are almost always quite short and easy. We believe that Western studies that contradict our damaged by several factors: the accelerated growth of small babies, obesity in childhood and adulthood, and lower socioeconomic level, and poor nutrition. Many studies that are contrary to our results based on small population samples with a low number of deaths. In addition, children with low birth weight that experience accelerated growth have an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and adult diabetes. Thus, the practice of promoting catch-up or over-feeding of children with low birth weight may increase adult mortality rates of a few people. Another potential problem is that most researchers compare great people lean towards shorter, Stocki people who are in favor of higher human and misleading results.
Reduced negative impact on the environment, water needs, and resource consumption
A population of 6 billion people on average, 6 “and 190 pounds may have an impact on human survival by creating more pollution and consumption of resources such as water, energy, minerals, agricultural land and oil. The reason is that a 6 ‘ person weighing 190 pounds is 73% heavier and has 44% more space than a 5 ‘person weighs 110 pounds. (The weight difference is high and short on people who have the same proportions.)
If the future U.S. population increased by 20%, we need additional 1.5 billion tons of minerals, plastics and metals and another 86 trillion gallons of water, 180 million hectares of farmland and 80 million tons of waste added. We’d also 3 billion tonnes of extra carbon dioxide that is associated with global warming. And almost everything we do in modern society would increase, because things are usually the size of an average human size.
