Food and drinks to avoid for your height – they hurt your growth!
Generally speaking, you should avoid any food or drinks that contain caffiene, alcohol, and tobacco.
It is well established that the consumption of caffeine causes calcium to be excreted. For each cup of coffee (equivalent to 150 mg of caffeine), about 5 mg of calcium excreted in the urine. The research on the effects of caffeine on calcium absorption is however less convincing at this time. In which case, we tend to err on the side of safety and advise avoiding the use of caffeine with calcium. You can drink coffee at least half an hour before or after you have taken your supplement. Do not forget that caffeine is also found in many foods other than coffee, such as cola drinks, tea, chocolate and some cold medicine.
Caffeine may increase the amount of calcium lost in urine and faeces. It can be done for football lost with the addition of milk for your coffee or tea. Do not forget that caffeine can also be found in cola drinks, chocolate, cocoa, cold and some pain relief and medicines. Caffeine can reduce the absorption of some minerals such as manganese, zinc, copper and, as well as vitamins such as vitamin A & B complex.
So there you go, if you are looking to grow tall at all, do everything you can to avoid Coke, coffee and so forth that contain heaps of caffiene.
