Grow taller through exercising and stretching
High-intensity anaerobic exercise, as the highest growth exercises, swimming and cycling are shown by medical researchers to force the body to produce large quantities of human growth hormone.
Exercise-induced growth hormone (EIG) is well recognized fisiològicament, and is due to acid-base balance, catecholamines, nitric oxide, and lactate. Of these, the main causes of the secretion of human growth hormone appears to be nitric oxide and lactate. Both of which are produced by resistance training.
Your goal during stretching the application of resistance training is stretching produce large amounts of secretion of human growth hormone. Human growth hormone thicken the cartilage, increase bone density, and make you grow higher. This is why you should not stress the importance of the intensity you need to apply all of stretching to grow higher.
This means that you must exercise at least 10 minutes with great intensity to increase your chances of higher growth. To build the intensity should be sufficient to lactate in the muscles to increase the height. This lactate will activate the secretion of growth hormone, even after exercise, in normal periods of rest for more than 24 hours! Your body literally becomes a machine for the manufacture of growth hormone to increase the possibility of increasing the height!
No other method, supplement, or, possibly, the technique can produce better results than increasing the height exercises. Anything you need to do is exercise our right to grow and higher.
