Growing Taller Tips from A Real Successful Grown

hey guys … so I have a long 2 say .. Heard by … I am currently 19 years …. when I was in highskool, and veryshort as very small … All were as Gurl aww ur soo cute n stuff .. but I was 5 ’3 .. gr at 12, and 5’4 summer …. that when I graduated, I was 5’4, in the summer, and went to 5’7 5 …. I went to an endocrinologist to think in even tho grow to 5’7 and 5 and is still short, but never returned to him later to find out the price … But Neways, this summer, and grow 3.5 to 2 months, all they did was swim, swim, swimming or biking …. and was 18 and began to grow … and then I went to the University 1 year .. and Shorty was not one … University for 1 year … .. and is 5’8 so I grew 0.5 inches, then, in the year ended 1 April and start of September, in which 4 MTH period, since I see the results of swimming, everything I was supposed to swim swim swim swim swim, bike … n also take a multivitamin called SUPER once a day …. The best multivitamin, considering it’s wonders for me … Neways, last summer before I was in 2nd year, I went from 5’8 to 5 ’10 … 5’10 or 5 ….. during the summer, I was taking a multivitamin, drink 2 glasses of milk for breakfast, and then biking around for an hour, then baby for 2-3 hours per day .. .. so you can imagine, and all PPL KNO crazy wen i see … Like the IM only 19 years old who has just begun the cultivation of ppl and told me it was a inspiraation .. Even outgrew and the ppl who used to joke about my highskool .. n Wat guess, im still growing .. LOL … n bout to hit 6’0 6’1 … my legs are very long, because this is the bike, but I think my torso to finally get a day … and in fact was cycling today, produced HGH n n wine at home … so we suggest you want to continue growing this:

Each morning these sections:
1.lie down on your stomach and your arms tire front of you and your legs fully stretched, hold the stretch position for 25 seconds, it hurts but it’s worth … Like intense exercise stimualte HGH,

2. do the same as before except lie on your back
3. Lying on its back legs lifted into the air, and keep your hips to ur ur hands … and keep the position for 25 seconds,
4 .. same position, except pretned ur walking cycling
5. position to a wall, face toward the wall ….. go in ur Tippy toes, arms striaght and stretch for 25 seconds
6. go to a wall, standing next to him, is not expensive … shoulder so must face the wall, then stretch ur right arm to the wall No place for 25 seconds, n do the same for other arm

I DID these exercises in the summer, and grew greatly in the last 2mths lik on my summer vacation … and every day I have at least 10 hours of sleep .. outgreew and many ppl …

Remember to drink 3 glasses of milk per day … multivitaminm, swimming, cycling, 10 hours of sleep … if not minimal … 9

Or just to say, or in February of 2006 … from 1 February to 1 March 2006 … I went gaining weight on a diet, … but i didn’t elaborate ..
morning bowl of oats with protein shake (N Large 2) (2 sccops) (3% milk)

evening meal of pasta, with protein shake (high N 2) (2scoops)

2 hours later: Sub without protein shake

Dinner: rice dish, with a protein shake (high N 2) (2scoops)

n for snacks, bean, peanut, and gronola bars …

and the funny thing is that as I grew 0.5 inches to 1 inch of MTH that interesting …. Cuz and the protein has taken a lot of protein and amino acids such as arginine and lysine ACIIIDSSSS .. or you can check out …. But on March 1 I left my diet because of lactose intolerance …. my stomach could handle all the calcium in my body, so it gave him time until I started dirnking a lot of milk … o BTW, and gained 15 pounds of muscle in MTH … and was earning a rate of 1 pound per day, it is slower … take my protein was 220 grams of protein per day … it was taken or recommended that 1 gram of protein per pound of body … and was 100 pounds … therefore exceeded the limit 2.2times … .. perhaps all the extra protein will increase my height
