Usually the first 10 days is the hardest period. I'm sure your experience has been better since. Do you still regret it after having finished the operation? I knew a patient who was so afraid of the pain he almost backed out, and after he had the surgery, he still had pretty painful moments. He did not ever regret having the procedure however. Pain is different for everyone though no lie, some people had major pains but most of the ones I knew had little. BTW I was a patient of the same hospital as well and had no major complications.
