Actually, the first time that I ever heard about growing up higher in this way, it seemed pretty outrageous to me. <p>I am 164.5 cm / 5&#8217;4 75&#8221;d&#8217;alçada and I felt very bad with it. I was tired of looking for all my friends because they are all 175 + cm &#8230; So I started. I have done many investigations, and then decided to start my routine.</p>

<p>I have tried many techniques but does not keep me on my strict routine, so I&#8217;m very surprised that I grew higher. Come on, I&#8217;m 18 years old! How is this possible? Grew 2.5 cm (one inch) and the end of August through the bike and run and swim every day. I was over 20 minutes every morning and every afternoon.</p>
<p>So I thought that stopped growing. Even tried to stretch, but I could not see any results for next month. I give him for the next month and here comes November and I see that I have grown more than 4 cm in the last 6 months.</p>
<p>Therefore, the greatest achievement in my opinion, is the spine extends. Was the only thing that was doing quite accordingly (with some rest periods) so if you want to grow too, adhere to it. Worth it even if you have only 5.-10. minutes each morning or evening!</p>
<p>My exercises today:<br />
- Cobra stretch<br />
- These movements occur within movements for 60 seconds balancing the left and right (picture below)</p>
<p>- Colgante of 30-45 seconds between each exercise, sometimes with ankle weights on my legs (2 kg each)</p>
<p>These sections immiedetaly when I get up and immiedetaly before bed (after a warm bath so it is much easier to stretch)</p>
<p>That&#8217;s all I&#8217;m doing now. I can not believe that it really works &#8230;</p>
<p>And here is my progress (the morning of heights)</p>

The dutch are the tallest people in the world&#8230;<br />
And they have like so much protein and calcium in their foods.</p>
<p>There are lots of dutch recipes online.<br />
Someone should eat lots of dutch food and just gorge themselves in it.<br />
They might lose weight, but which would you rather do,<br />
gain weight but have the chance to be tall,<br />
or not gain weight and go the rest of your short life knowing you had the chance to be tall.<br />
hurts, but it&#8217;s worth it.</p>
<p>They are the tallest people on the world because of their high calcium diets. They eat alot of cheeses, milk etc.</p>

<p>They ride bike with a raised seat and than legs are fully stretched.</p>
