Does lifting help your growth?

Q: I am 15 1 / 2, and I am about to turn 16 OCT .. i dont lift weights much more often .. but I tend to do it again, as soon as he im scared it could stunt my growth. If I can lift to open more frequently now, it will help me to grow tall now? i dont I think that was a growth spurt yet, either.

A: yo man for lifting and exercising wil always helps you to grow, as long as you do it correctly, hoisting equipment you’d like to start sloow, dont make ona lot of weight, when u start .. only adds to the weight, when u get used to a lighter .. im 15.6 and ima 16 in November, and ive been drawing 3-years old, im already higher than those of my father and most Asian i hang with the (im Asian). and the lifting of ur stunt growth and the Gota make a lot of work, dumbbells does not really increase, if Thats what ur talking about. I bench, SQUAT, clean almost everyday, and my growth has not been a stunt, I grew a 1cm last month .. it seems like I grow 1 inch a year, I hope to grow more nad hope and grow well

Q: so it means, can continue to grow, even tho i jus in principle to start again lift more often?

A: yo man im sure that it doenst ur stunt the growth of all of the wrestlers, Hulk Hogan is like 6’5.
it depends on ur genes.

i have stopepd growing, and I can SQUAT about 360

and i kno really fat kid, that is a lineman hes such as the weight of 290 lbs is a 6ft hes really fat tho, and he can bench 315, 480 SQUAT, and a clean 235.
He has a high, if and see ppl is not growing while lifting Thats probly just genes, and wil grow man
