Therefore icesk8er also said that running for 5 seconds at full speed HGH increases by about 500% … i dunno about the percentage, but it makes sense, and it worked for me ..

I do not know any percentage sprints for 5 full seconds. the place where I get a certain percentage was for a guerrilla intervals. They sprint for 30 seconds, go for 15 seconds and repeat 7x. It aims to increase HGH by 600% a little more than resting levels.

they also said that all sprints for 5 seconds was probably a better way to HGH, but it is certainly not supposed to do that without warming up first. (i do it anyway)

No, Bball doesn’t have a negative effect on the growth, I play every day, and only experience heigt win. If what you say is true, much Bball player wouldnt be high, as they are, that’s great.

And unless your way to the lifting of heavy loads on their backs and legs, then mite have a bad effect on growth.

But you have to realize that good basketball players are tall. The great people are drafted in the NBA. I have friends who are every day for 3 years (no exaggeration, these guys can shoot consecutive full court shots), and are only 5’3”(16 years old male).
