Never lose faith in growing tall – yet another detailed success story

I know many of you are losing faith in growing taller, but I hope my success story will inspire you to keep trying. I overcame enormous odds and grew taller. In a year and half, will increase from the level my 5’2 to 5’7.

I was sick attention to people. And I knew I’d be one of the most hot girls around only I was still taller. But I was not exactly have the genes tall (5’2 my parents are 5’8) and at the age of eleven my doctor told me my bones are almost burn. Yep, at age 11. But then came the summer and all the children came out hot again thoughts about how beautiful I would be if I was taller began to haunt me. Until the summer of 2000, I created a small “draft”. Everyday things:

1.) Drink 3 cups milk

2.) Eat lots of protein

3.) Receive 8 hours of sleep

4.) Stretch / yoga for 30 minutes

5.) Hang for 10 minutes

6.) Kick with ankle weights (500)

7.) 100 leaps (leap as high as you can)

8.) 1000 for jumping rope jump

4 times a week:

1.) Swimming: 1 hour

2.) Biking: 20 min

3.) Basketball 30 minutes

I was so excited to start my project. But wow was so much work, especially with school resumed. The first week I felt terrible cuz I did anything about the project. The No. 1 month was very cool. Laziness, but then came back and I slacked off here and there. Nevertheless, I thought I had done a fairly good progress. After 3 MONTHES I measured again – OH MY GOSH I had not grown at all!

Nor will increase at all until the end of the year. But on New Year’s resolution for 2001 I said I have to stay with IT daily. I still continue the same program, and I told myself I just have to keep at it. Because even if not increase, I will know that I gave all I have. That is why he worked in increasingly higher daily – relentlessly.

Even if it was snowing outside, even if it were to rain, even if I had tons underway, will be kept my schedule. After 1 month had not increased at all. But that did not stop me. After 2 months I had not grown. That was getting a little impatient after 2 months (60 freakin days) of hard work hard, but we kept at it. It inspired me so I can work harder. After 6 months I have noticed that I had acquired an inch. It was not a joke! It was the happiest day of my life cuz I have not grown since I was 12! I kept working harder and harder, cuz my dream is the height 5’8. I kept up each day.

It was strange, however. For the first 6 months, even when I worked my ASS OFF, I only gained my inch. But most will be held as soon as I grew up! The second 6 months gained 3 inches. It was a miracle! By the end of 2001 I went from 5’2 to 5’6. And this year I just won another inch. Yes my dream is the height 5’8, but I am very pleased with 5’7!

My parents were blown away. My friends do not even recognize me. I felt so good – my confidence just skyrocketed. And now I can not wait until summer to go in my bikini on the beach with my 5’7, 125 lb frame.

Yes, it was simply the greatest achievement I have had. But it was not easy. Remember, do not grow an inch from 12 to 16, and I do not grow an inch even a year after I began to grow taller program. But keeping it up every day did the trick. I spent some money on some amino acids mess, but nothing else. And amino acids did not do **** in the process. My point is, you do not have to spend money to buy the “secret magazines” or “magic slippers.” The information on this site is the only thing used … as well as my determination.

Therefore, please do not concede. I hope that my story has inspired some of you. I promise anything I have said is 100% true. Trust this story, and trust yourself. And if at first you do not succeed, you can dust off and try again.

So here my routine:
– Swimming (4x week) – 30 min
– Cycling (4x week) – 30 min
– Basketball (3x a week) – 2 hours
– Stretch exercises (Daily) – 20 min
– Hang on bars (Daily) – 20 min
– 500 kicks a day
– Jump and reach (plyometric style) – 10 sets of 10 (daily)
– Visualizing – 10 minutes before bed

I did it to myself following condition for tennis, but that may have played too:
– 3 + hours a day of tennis
– 30 cents / day straight conditioning
– 1000 jump ropes

1) I was 16 in 2001, when it grew.

2) I did about 1 / 2 yoga exercises and 1 / 2 other lanes. I used the newspaper with 100 exercises to grow taller, but I did not follow their routine. I went across the newspaper and took out about 15 exercises that I was able to stretch me a little more and I did the same exercises every day. (Just try them all and I think you should have an idea about which one actually feels as if it stretches your spine.
3) I hang for 5 to 10 minutes every day – 30 second intervals.

4) my legs grew about 2.5 inches.

Diva reply on the opening: I did 500 kicks in each leg. I did it with leaps because I am jumping as high as 100 can be simply the most miserable part of my day. That is why I’d make leaps 10, 50 kicks, then more jumps 10, 50 more kicks .. so forth. Diva reply Wannabegiant: Yes, I had grown much since last year 5’2 to 5’8 around. I think shrunk about an inch, however. I imagine the stretching was not exactly forever. Oh well 5’7 God is enough for a girl. Email me and I will tell you my nightmare routine. Can not you make a giant, but close enough.

The other post: Hey! I was almost 15 me, when I started. It took me about 2 years to grow 6 inches (5’8), although I shrunk an inch. Even though I was young, my doctor told me my bones were almost burned when I was 11. That is why were many chances. Remember that this requires a lot of work and determination. I kept up this routine. For the first 6 months I had not grown an inch. I told myself to keep it for 1 whole year. If nothing happens I want to forget everything. Here’s a tip: When I want stretched for 1 hour per day, I did not do any good.
