Success Story: How I grew 4,5 cm / 1.75 inch in 6 months (18 yo)
The first time I read that you can grow through special exercises in June and then I realized there is a chance for me also.
I am 164.5 cm / 5’4 75”d’alçada and I felt very bad with it. I was tired of looking for all my friends because they are all 175 + cm … So I started. I have done many investigations, and then decided to start my routine.
I have tried many techniques but does not keep me on my strict routine, so I’m very surprised that I grew higher. Come on, I’m 18 years old! How is this possible? Grew 2.5 cm (one inch) and the end of August through the bike and run and swim every day. I was over 20 minutes every morning and every afternoon.
So I thought that stopped growing. Even tried to stretch, but I could not see any results for next month. I give him for the next month and here comes November and I see that I have grown more than 4 cm in the last 6 months.
Therefore, the greatest achievement in my opinion, is the spine extends. Was the only thing that was doing quite accordingly (with some rest periods) so if you want to grow too, adhere to it. Worth it even if you have only 5.-10. minutes each morning or evening!
My exercises today:
- Cobra stretch
- These movements occur within movements for 60 seconds balancing the left and right (picture below)
- Colgante of 30-45 seconds between each exercise, sometimes with ankle weights on my legs (2 kg each)
These sections immiedetaly when I get up and immiedetaly before bed (after a warm bath so it is much easier to stretch)
That’s all I’m doing now. I can not believe that it really works …
